Mentorship

Our mentors are leaders and experts in their fields. They can help you highlight your skills, translate your military training to tangible job qualifications, and help you through the difficulties that come with finding a new job. Mentors will work to help candidates develop their portfolio, career plans, resume, and interview skills. Because we work exclusively with members of the military and veterans, our mentors know how to market the skills our candidates develop in the armed forces. 

Internship

The military has a tightknit sense of camaraderie, and with SFVV, we will help you regain a sense of belonging, and a sense of purpose. Veterans excel in the civilian world because they’ve been put in charge of things that can have such a huge impact. Translating that to the civilian world, they have ability to make quick decisions, be responsible, take ownership, and have a bias for action.
